My name is Heather Grassel, and I am a senior architecture student at ACE Academy. ACE Academy is a charter school in the Portland area that provides additional education in architecture, construction, and engineering. I will be using this blog as one way to document my Senior Capstone. For my Senior Capstone I have chosen to design a set for a friend who wrote a play and hopes to perform it this coming fall. In this project I will use Revit Architecture and the theatre space and layout at Pakrose High School.. The standards that I will be using to determine my success in this project is the requirements for a competition this coming April. In the competition I will submit my design, renders of my design, and a scale model presentation. My final project will be created in REVIT 2010, and my end product will be blue prints of my design and a scale model of my design. This project was started in September 2009 and is projected to be completed in April/May of 2010.
