Class at Parkrose

The week before spring break I stayed at Parkrose instead of coming to ACE one day becuase i was teaching a class. I was teaching the tech theatre class at Parkrose that is normally taught by the theatre teacher Ms. Zena. I started off with a discussion about what they knew about set design and architecture. Then I split the class into groups and gave each group a scene from the Little Mermaid. Each group had to come up with a design for that scene complete with scene changes and lighting. The class was hard to teach because the students didn't know much and didn't respond much when I asked them questions. Each of my questions ended up needing to be leading questions to get them to say and know what I wanted the to.
